  • All products sold by Michigo Studio (DJ Sets, VJ Loops, Visual Packs, LUTs, Presets) are digital.

  • No physical items will be shipped.

2. Instant Access

  • After payment is confirmed, you will receive a download link via the platform (Shopee, Payhip, or email).

  • Delivery is usually instant, but may take up to 24 hours for verification.

3. Payment Verification

  • Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.

  • Please ensure your payment proof (if required) is uploaded correctly.

4. File Support

  • If the download link is not working or files are corrupted, contact us immediately at michigostudios@gmail.com or WhatsApp 011-1575-5515.

  • We will provide a replacement link as soon as possible.

5. International Access

  • Digital products can be accessed worldwide. No shipping fees apply.
